How to change email address associated with Monitask account

Administrator email

If you want to change administrator email, please email us at [email protected] from your original email and let us know your new email.

Employee email

If you are an administrator and want to change email of the existing employee, please email us at [email protected] and let us know the old and the new email

If you are an administrator and your employee is new, you can just remove them under the “Team” page and re-add them with the new email.

If you are an employee, please ask your company administrator to initiate this change
