Why is my credit/debit card declined when I try to upgrade?

There are many reasons as to why the card can be declined. 

  1. Invalid card number – make sure you enter valid card number and expiration date.
  2. Insufficient funds – make sure you have enough funds on your card
  3. Bank declines transaction – If issue is not #1 or #2, please contact your bank and ask to allow transactions from MONITASK.COM
