User already exists issue

When you try to invite employees to join your company, you might see the error message that says “User already exists.”

This means one of the following issues:

Employee mistakenly created their own company account in Monitask instead of joining your company

If this happens, you can ask your employee to remove their company on this page

Also, you can invite them using a different email address.

Employee works at multiple companies

If this happens, try to invite your employee using a different email address.
